Ása Dýradóttir worked as a project manager for the festival in 2020 and has been rehired for the 2022 edition. She holds a BA in contemporary art from the Iceland Academy of the Arts and a master in cultural management. She is a former owner and manager of Stofan coffeehouse as well as being one of the founding members of the band Mammút.

Matthias Engler, project manager at the festival, graduated as a percussionist from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He is one of the founding members of Ensemble Adapter in Berlin and has worked as a performer and managing director of the group for over a decade.

Íris Hrund Þórarinsdóttir, marketing manager of the festival, is a musical composer and holds a master of project management, MPM. In addition she has sought further specialization in marketing and cultural management and has lead many marketing and production-related projects over the years.
