TrashFeast — Foraging Walk & Community Kitchen
Elín Margot and Pola Sutryk invite the audience on a foraging walk around Tjörnin, culminating in an open cooking workshop. Together we transform produce from the walk and waste-bin into delicious food, co-creating recipes and reclaiming "waste" as "treasure." In English.
Pola Sutryk is a chef, artist and educator working with foraged ingredients and traditional home culinary methods. She transfers her ecological, political and sensory sensitivity into the area of culture and cuisine.
Elín Margot is a designer-researcher that creates situations challenging current norms and offering glimpses into potential futures through the design of objects, events, and experiences.
