Artist talk: Open Group & Marta Czyż
Join us for an artist talk with Marta Czyż and Open Group who will discuss their work in the exhibition Ode to Freedom at the Living Art Museum.
Open Group has in recent years attracted international attention for its influential works in a variety of media that address Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The group consists of Ukrainian artists: Yuriy Biley, Pavlo Kovach and Anton Varga. The project is curated by Marta Czyż, an art historian and critic living and working in Warsaw. Czyż has worked with Open Group for many years and was the curator of the Polish pavilion at the Venice Biennale in 2024.
The talk is in English.
