It is often said that autistic people have a different view of people and the world. Svava Dögg is autistic and invites you to come and get an honest analysis of what she sees when she looks at you. You sit in front of her and she draws, colors or writes what she perceives. This might take 5-10 minutes and then the piece of paper is yours to keep. She might be able to explain whatever appears on the paper.

Svava Dögg Ugluspegill works under the artist name SVAVS with art, text, crafts and humor, sometimes all at once. Her work derives from the everyday, from the clash between perception and expectation, from joy and fatigue, loneliness and longing. Svavs is an autistic artist and as she states: “My autism is not just a part of me – it is a lens through which I see.”
