Reykjavik Arts Festival will take place 30 May-14 June 2026.

An art exhibition by artists from Listvinnzlan at the Samúel Jónsson Art Museum in Selárdalur. The exhibition is a group exhibition of artists who all show new sculptures. The sculptures are displayed both outdoors and indoors. 
The sculptures show different creatures and animals, e.g. skeletons, a sculpture reminiscent of Godzilla and sculptures reminiscent of monsters. Some sculptures criticize discrimination against different groups in society. They discuss, for example, respecting diversity and the right to have access to food and water. 
The sculptures that are inside can be viewed when the museum is open. The light inside is traditional and there is little sound. 
The sculptures that are outside can be viewed 24/7. A gravel path runs around the exhibition area. There is only natural light outside and the sounds of nature.  There is a vibrant birdlife around the museum so sometimes birds fly over the exhibition area. 
The sculptures by Listvinnzlan’s artists are displayed amidst sculptures by Samúel Jónsson. His sculptures depict various creatures, such as people, seals and horses. 
The exhibition does not require any language skills. Introductory material about the works is in Icelandic and English. The exhibition is suitable for both adults and children. Visitors can come and go as they please and travel through the space on their own.

The exhibition takes place indoors and outdoors at Samuel’s Art Museum in Selárdalur. Access to the museum is via a gravel road. The walking paths around the site are gravel but generally accessible for most wheelchair users. The museum grounds are grass-covered with solid underlying ground.
All buildings of the art museum have ramps and step‑free access.

There are no designated accessible parking spaces, but cars may be parked near the entrance.

A general toilet is available inside the museum building, close to the entrance. The bathroom is spacious and has a sink, but no grab rails. There is also a shower stall in the bathroom.
There are also public toilets outside, but there is a step leading up to them.

Admission: ISK 1,000, free for children under 13
