The Eyrarrósin Award 2023
33 applications from all over the country were received for both The Eyrarrósin Award 2023 and The Eyrarrósin Encouragement Award 2023. Eyrarrósin is awarded to an outstanding cultural project in the rural areas of Iceland and has been running since 2005. The Eyrarrósin Encouragement Award is presented to cultural projects which have been running for 3 years or less.
The award is a collaboration between Reykjavik Arts Festival, The Icelandic Regional Development Institute and Icelandair.
