Access in Silfurberg is generally good. Entrance doors are automatic sliding doors without thresholds. Three elevators provide access from the underground car park to all levels of the building. The hall includes designated wheelchair seating in the center, which must be reserved through Harpa’s ticket office. These seats are charged at the standard ticket price.

Seats in Silfurberg do not have armrests.

Some entrances include coarse‑fiber floor mats.

Accessible toilets are located on every floor.

To park for free in the car park, visitors must email bilahus@greenparking.is at least 3 hours in advance with name, national ID number of the disabled parking permit holder, license plate, time of arrival and a photo of the permit.

A hearing loop is available, with infrared transmitters sending signals to receivers, headphones, or personal T‑coil loops.
