The Eyrarrósin Award 2021
36 applications from all over the country were received for both The Eyrarrósin Award 2021 and The Eyrarrósin Encouragement Award. Eyrarrósin is awarded to an outstanding cultural project in the rural areas of Iceland and has been running since 2005. The Eyrarrósin Encouragement Award is presented to cultural projects which have been running for 3 years or less.
The award is a collaboration between Reykjavik Arts Festival, The Icelandic Regional Development Institute and Icelandair.
